ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website at www.worldwideyazilim.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, determining the rights and obligations of the parties.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and are informed about the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the website www.worldwideyazilim.com and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
By electronically approving this agreement, the BUYER accepts that they have obtained information such as the address, basic characteristics of the ordered products, the total price of the products including taxes, payment and delivery information, right of withdrawal, and return conditions, which must be provided by the SELLER to the BUYER before the conclusion of distance contracts.
The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person at the address they indicate within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, not exceeding the legal 30-day period for each product.
For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, this agreement must be electronically approved, and the sales price must be paid with the payment method chosen by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without assuming any legal and penal liability and without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) within this period. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned to the SELLER with payment on delivery through the cargo company specified by the SELLER. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product price and any delivery costs paid by the BUYER shall be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

Goods prepared in accordance with the BUYER's wishes or personal needs (Custom-made products)
Goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire
Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after delivery; those which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons
Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature
Periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement
Services performed immediately in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately
Services that have commenced with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period

ARTICLE 6 - SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In case of any dispute that may arise from the implementation of this agreement, applications regarding consumer complaints and objections can be made to Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Boards.

ARTICLE 7 - ENFORCEMENT

This agreement shall enter into force on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER.
